Camping, Podsreda

 

​​This conceptual project is part of wider research project concerning contemporary architecture of Slovenian region Kozjansko. Through research of traditional architecture and local context we developed some guidelines for future architectural interventions.

 

Old, abandoned farm is developed in to camping place. Valuable architectural elements are reused, others are interpreted to blend in with surrounding context and to meet needs of tourists.

 

The most valuable touristic element is connection with  surrounding natural environment and tradition.
