Urban plan for Marshall, Victoria, Australia

Urban plan was trying to bring hierarchy and diversity in to a completely monotone disperse suburban settlement. With implementation of different residential typologies Marshall developed higher density town center next to the railway and lower density (but still higher than before) residential areas around it. With spaces for different programs and functions other than living it can become more than just a "sleeping" settlement for Geelong and Melbourne.
