Social housing, Dandenong

​​Competition brief requested high density of apartments for immigrants. Project responded with 18 apartments on a space for 3 standard Australian individual houses. Apartments are modular, adaptable and suitable for different families. Urban plan creates different levels of privacy and encourages neighbor bonds.
