Villa Široko

​​Existing villa is used as a restaurant and place for events like business meetings and weddings. Their owners want to expand it and make a congress centre and a hotel. Villa and its surrounding gardens and parks are under cultural heritage protection. To make new part as camouflaged as possible the concept was to make congress areas underground and hotel rooms going through forest, following edge of the hill. Rooms are raised in the air for better lighting, views, privacy and to minimize the impact on forest and its wild life.
